I pray to the highest and best in me.
Help me to integrate
what I know, what I see
and to do the noblest deeds
I know with what I have.

Help this body to become
strong and stable and grant
me the courage I will need;
my soul, my mentor, my counselor.
my comforter, my god. . . .
